At Velora, we offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimums, no hidden fees, no surprises.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (US): FREE on all orders

Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days

Delivery Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Carrier

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The carrier used depends on the product size and your location.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed (beyond 21 business days), please contact us at support@veloraze.com and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by reshipping or issuing a full refund.
